I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Ritz-Carlton (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was easy because I was determined and confident to get the job. This is a interview where you might want to do your research first before even applying. They are very strict and intimidating

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ritz-Carlton in Jun 2014
Interview
Was contacted by the executive chef and had phone interview (more than just a screening interview). Didn't have an in-person interview as I was an out-of-state applicant. Once the chef recommended for hire, was contacted by HR professional and began filling out pre-employment paperwork (background check, drug test consent, etc.). After a week or so, received a formal offer.
