Very simple and nice. Once you submit the application then they send you the suitability questions test. If you qualify then First step is with rooms director and Front Office manager interview then if you qualify second round with general manager.

Interview
Online test on the company website first and later you are called for an interview if you passed the test. The online test is consisted of close to 100 questions about your personality and situational questions.
