STAR interview questions. All questions are behavior based, focusing on situations you’ve had in the past and how you handled them. In my case the restaurant manager completed the interview.

Explain a time when you encountered a conflict and how you resolved it.
How do you respond to stress.
How do you deal with a difficult customer.
Describe a recent challenge you faced.
Describe a time when your work didn’t reflect your best self and how did you improve it.
Give a situation where you gave excellent guest service.
Good interview. More about yourself and won’t wait long till the result of your interview .. Go well prepared and take it casually and calm. Maybe will have hands on demo etc

Interview
They assess your personal qualities and communication skills through out the whole interview process. They also ask scenario based-questions to see how you'll react on certain situations. Just be yourself.
