4 interviews. 1 with the department supervisor, then one with the Front of House Manager, then finally one with the Rooms Exec ( 2nd in command to the GM). If you get passed that? HR will call and do one final interview.

Sehr langwierig, über Skype wurde ich von sieben Personen über drei Stunden befragt, eine saß immer mit dabei. Die Fragen haben sich oft wiederholt und da ich bereits woanders für die gleiche Firma beschäftigt war, war es teilweise recht mühselig die Frage "Warum wollen Sie bei Ritz-Carlton arbeiten?" immer wieder zu beantworten.

easy, normal behevior based questions. took about 30 days interviewed with manager, supervisor and director. first was a phone call from manager to set up interviews at hotel. short interview, comofrtable setting although 2 on one is a bit tough.
