The interview process was very straightforward with physical and online phases. The test itself was the most difficult part of the interview. Very good experience none the less. Would advice you to focus alot on practicing for the writing phase of the test.

They used a structured approach, often with the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to dig into specific examples of how I handled various situations. The interviewers were approachable, making it easy to explain my responses in detail. I felt encouraged to share my unique experiences and perspectives. They asked about ten questions, covering a range of topics like problem-solving, teamwork, handling challenging situations, and specific project outcomes. The atmosphere was relaxed, with no high-pressure questions, allowing me to focus on demonstrating my strengths and achievements comfortably.
