Rio Tinto Graduate Engineer interview questions

Pre-COVID I had one interview on campus with a recruiter and current grad engineer. They asked me general questions about why I chose my degree and why I chose to apply to Rio Tinto. The second round interview was like a Zoom meeting. I spoke on the phone with the superintendent I would be working under if I was offered the position and the superintendent of another branch of the group. Both superintendents were great to speak with and we’re very transparent in about the position.

it was a 4 round process with the team of hiring managers and the technical team. the process was online and on phone call, first there is a phone interview then video interview.
