Richemont interview questions

Was first contacted by a very friendly recruiter who asked some preliminary questions then set me up for a phone interview with an assistant manager. After the phone interview I was invited for an in-person interview at the Grand Prairie facility. The interview was about an hour and consisted of going over my previous experience and situational questions. However, the manager that was interviewing me seemed bored and uninterested the whole time. He kept looking down at his phone every 5 minutes, it was obvious he was texting below the table which I thought was rude and distracting. He also seemed more interested in the people walking by because he constantly watched every single person that passed by the glass walls right next to us. I forgot his name but he had an accent maybe British. He seemed very inexperienced as a manger. I knew right after the interview this was not the workplace for me. The assistant manager Trey was very nice and attentive though.

I have been contacted by the recruiting team from Zola Pedrosa, Bologna office. They sent me true a few questions about my job experience, my salary, the reason I was looking for a new job etc. After that, I have been sent an invite for an initial phone interview. I was answering to the recruiter questions for more than 40 minutes. After that, even if they said they would have got back to me for any feedback, they completely disappeared and none from HR/recruiting got in touch with me, when after a few weeks I wrote a professional email to them to be updated about my process. Disgraceful experience if we consider how they sell their image in the UK and in Italy as well. Not all the interviews are successful and this is part of the game. But I consider HR department one of the most important area which should represent the company values, image and the place where the relationship with employees is consolidated.
