I have been contacted by the recruiting team from Zola Pedrosa, Bologna office.
They sent me true a few questions about my job experience, my salary, the reason I was looking for a new job etc. After that, I have been sent an invite for an initial phone interview. I was answering to the recruiter questions for more than 40 minutes.
After that, even if they said they would have got back to me for any feedback, they completely disappeared and none from HR/recruiting got in touch with me, when after a few weeks I wrote a professional email to them to be updated about my process.
Disgraceful experience if we consider how they sell their image in the UK and in Italy as well.
Not all the interviews are successful and this is part of the game. But I consider HR department one of the most important area which should represent the company values, image and the place where the relationship with employees is consolidated.
