The application form only asks for a resume and a cover letter, no transcript or anything else from my experience applying.
Long interview process with slow follow up. In the end they went with an internal candidate. Complete waste of time. They should have been more transparent about their expectations from the start.
Online interview. Career planning, many questions about the finance world, such as basic financial principles, financial models, financial analysis methods and my experience. Not too many. Just take it easy and relax.
