Question 1

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Richemont (París) in Jan 2022
Interview
the enterview was friendly with a good feeling at each step of the time two persons were there and multiple questions about personality and expertise. Test by the end of the interview
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Richemont in Oct 2022
Interview
Every time I met someone they told me they liked me and that I'd meet someone else- then they ghosted me. I gave them another chance for a different role- and the same thing happened. All talk that you're great, then you never hear back. I'd rather you just tell me I'm not a fit, or whatever else is the reason than to not hear from anybody. They would never treat paying clients this way.
