Richemont interview questions

Initial interview with HR analyst. Normal questions and details about the process going forward. Second interview was together with 3 different managers. It was a BBQ and I was on the menu. None of them ever cracked a smile or seemed really interested in having the interview with me. I'm pretty sure one manager was replying on emails while having the meeting as he did not seem present at all. Both in the first and second interview they promised to get back to me but they just ghosted me despite me emailing them asking about the process. I'm fine if they didn't think I was a fit but they could at least send a standard e-mail with "Thanks, but no thanks". I've got a taste of the work culture and didn't like it so all in all I'm probably better off somewhere else anyway.

Contacted by Recruitment Agency and my CV was sent. One HR screening interview via Teams, one presential interview, at their London office, around one week process in total. took longer to get an answer from the client.
