I applied for a position in Geneva, Switzerland. The recruiter scheduled a phone interview, I took a day off but no one called. No answer to my follow up, just an automated email long after saying that I haven't been selected. If for whatever reason you don't want to pursue an application, at least don't make the candidate waste his time. Very unprofessional.
