Rexall interview questions

Applied online, got a phone call to arrange a phone interview in about 5 days later. On the scheduled day never call any call had to chase the interviewer down 2 days later to get it done. just a phone interview with HR with basic behavioral questions. Says will get back in a week or two. Never heard back.

First job I applied to, they got my resume and a day later called and we scheduled an interview. Interview was about 3 questions just about me and got hired on the spot. Seemed pretty desperate for employers but I was the only one hired although I saw a pile of resumes. Very nice manager at the time
