very structured, they have a set list of "typical" interview questions. Most were behavioural questions like tell me about a time and you answer using the STAR method. But the interview itself was casual, just the questions were structured
did not really ask interview questions, but just asked me to to explain my resume. also was asked to explain my interest in the field. i was also asked how i was with the computer and if i can learn quickly.

I applied to the position through Indeed and heard back relatively quickly. The employer maintained great communication. I had a phone call screen prior to an in-person interview on site. The interview wasn't too long with general questions.

It was a straight forward process. I was invited to a chat by the manager of one of their branches, and it was a smooth and relaxing chat. Nothing extraordinary. A great emphasis was placed on Canadian experience though.
