I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rexall (Kitchener, ON) in Dec 2016
Interview
2 interview stages were utilized. The first stage required you to have an in-person interview. Then after that there was a phone interview with the director. The interview questions were standard and there were not too many surprises. The interviewer was in HR and was quite approachable and easy to talk to.
They asked me about my work history and roles, strengths and weaknesses, and about additional services such as MedsChecks (diabetes and regular) and flu shots. They did not ask any clinical questions.
The interview was nice and informative, they asked about my current location and when I’ll finish my licensing process. I had a follow up meeting to discuss the offer which was sent by email.
