I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
I was reached by HR as a potential candidate for the position. We had a first phone interview, followed by a test case in which I had to apply my knowledge of the position, then a f2f with managers, and then I was asked to complete an IQ & Analyst and together with an interview with the CFO. All interviews were good, more like a follow up question based, they will ask you something, and then they dig more into it. Interview with the CFO was more focused on my motivations and personality. They seem like great people and the HR guy was very hard worker. However, it was a bit disappointing the last test as it had nothing to do with IQ or analysis, and were more about questions around Revolut and other stuff you will need to look up in the Internet. I was rejected based on this, which was a bit silly, as you are discarding someone for something that has nothing to do with the role or their IQ. A friend of mine was rejected for another position as well based on this test, and I know he is a very clever guy, successful and hard work. I suppose the company just get the lucky ones rather than the best.
I will not be applying again for any other positions, as it was a wasted of everyone’s time.
