Revolut Strategy Operations Manager interview questions

I was contacted by Company Recruiter via Linkedin. The first round was a general screening round where the interview asked me about my background and some end to end projects which I had worked upon.

Screen call was fine, people don’t even show up to your second interview which was problem solving and required max collaboration in order to score high. Why have a recruiter prepare and tell you someone’s attending an interview, for you to research that person only for someone who doesn’t speak any English to interview, and is reading off a sheet of paper that they are also struggling to comprehend.
