After applying online, I got invited to an analytical case study about Revolut's KYC process. It took a few hours to do, but I never heard back - not even a rejection!

After applying, I quickly got an email that I'm moving forward to the next stage.
The next stage required to complete a home assignment to assess analytical skills that are not necessarily related to the role. I found it very weird that this is the requirement before even speaking to anyone from the company.
Regardless, I handed in the home assignment within 5 days as required.
I followed up 3 times within a month to get some updates and feedback but there was no response from the recruiter.
It's been almost 2 months and still no feedback or responses to my emails.
Asking as a first step to complete a home assignment and to invest hours for just the initial application and then not respond at all is just super disrespectful. I would never work for a company that treats candidates like this because it reflects on how they treat employees in general.
