Revolut Senior Manager interview questions

Stay away from this company, waste of time - looks like a scam to get free ideas from you (senior role recruitment). You wonder that comments here can't be true, it can't be that bad. I thought the same, but I was wrong, unfortunately. I will start with information that I've never applied for any position, Revolut's recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I went through all recruitment steps for senior position in company and finally got an offer, but recruiting process and Revolut came up in such a bad light that I decided to close my account with them after this experience. Recruitment had 5 phases: - interview with recruiter - 2 tests: first math-vocabulary skills and second about personality - interview checking Problem Solving skills - general interview with bar raiser, which included very detailed solving of their detailed problem , here I see potential scam to get your ideas for free below I describe why - call with recruiter with result and offer After every stage I received the feedback that it went great and at the end I received an offer (during the call with recruiter), - surprisingly I didn't have a call before that with actual hiring manager for the position - first warning lamp, but then second alert - despite asking several times I didn't receive written position description , and third alert it was for different country than agreed because of some internal policy? I was flexible so I replied next day, then followed up. Surprisingly, I never heard back from recruiter, which was 2 weeks ago (recruiter is not on sick leave or anything like that -LinkedIn actively used ). Complete waste of time of several days of interviews and preparations. Company has zero respect to the people and I don't want to have anything in common with such brand. As you see you can go through all stages and then be ghosted, not how I imagine good employer, However, to be honest the last interview looked too much as gathering ideas , if you will looks through other comments here it is not the first time as Revolut uses candidates for its own good - there were even example of bringing 200 customers in order to proceed with application. As I said if they are contacting you, have in mind that they may be using you as free consulting opportunity or use you for different goals. Following that I am as well closing my account with them.

One of the most unfriendly interviews I have ever had in 15 years of professional experience. No value was placed on a pleasant atmosphere. Specific tasks, strategy or expectations were not discussed. The interviewer looked rather annoyed that she had to conduct the conversation. Suggestive questions were the core of the interview. Strengths that would have been important for the role were not identified at all. A waste of time that you know from the first minute that the interviewer is not interested - not in the person and just as little in the professional quality.
