Just had a single call, quick technical screening call and was declined afterwards. Questions seemed quite specific and they were looking for specific knowledge, not how a person thinks about solving a problem. The interviewer seemed to have a prepared list of questions and just ticking the boxes.

1. Introductory call with a recruiter - Some common questions are asked in addition to some simple techniques. Then the recruiter sends all the necessary information, including a PDF that covers the steps of the hiring process. 2. Live Coding (60 minutes): They give you a problem to solve and you must do the implementation. It was something very easy, if you use TDD everything is easy. The interviewer was a nice guy and with good treatment. 3. Tech Conversation (60 minutes), which includes an implementation and then make improvements. Lots of questions about concurrent and multithreaded programming, rece conditions, deadlock and optimization of relational databases. The two interviewers were kind of upset before starting the interview. The questions were not specific and they did not explain the problem to be solved well. After the Tech Conversation I had already decided that I would not want to work in such a company, the atmosphere during the interview did not seem very pleasant to me, it was even toxic. A month later I received an email informing me that after much consideration, they have decided not to proceed with my application. On this we were in agreement.

First HR interview, 10 min duration.
~5 min explaining the company processes and how the team works, other ~4 mins where I explained my experience, and 1 min with 2 short questions.
The questions were plain and I'm not sure the reason for them, knowing there would be 2 technical interviews later.
The next day, received an standard rejection mail
