I was contacted for the first coding interview which was simple created the unit test cases.
I think they only need a person who can write test cases in a good way. The don't need programmers.
Go for it, If you want relocation otherwise I don't think so that this company is beneficial for the career.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Berlín)
Interview
Interview was very focused on what you will be using in day to day work. TDD in pair programming session, SOLID, Multithreading and RDBMS, System Design behavioral through resume.
Overall enjoyable experience but expect in-depth questions.

Very long unnecessary phone screening for the first initial HR call, with many questions from db to data structure and algorithms to software engineering concepts to tdd bdd ddd, event driven, cloud techs, cicd, and programming language related questions, and some cultural questions in between. Seriously, I lost track of how many questions.
In the middle, I started to think if actually this person is qualified to ask these questions. As HR personnel is not expert in the field.
My expectation for the first call was to hear about company culture and people as talking to a hr personnel, which didn’t happened.
It’s fine to ask a few technical questions during
the initial call, but as hr person you are not competent enough to ask many technical questions because simply you don’t understand the concept.
I say this because I did interviews with companies way bigger than this company, and never experienced such a ridiculous hr screening call.
I don’t think there is an actual intention to hire, that’s why they assigned the questions to be asked by a technical person to a hr personnel to ask.
I declined to proceed to next step.
