Revolut Sales Manager interview questions

Applied Online : 5 Stage Interview Process (which moves only if you clear previous round) -Phone Screen: Recruiter -Assessment (Cognitive Aptitude Test- CAT) -Team member (Sales) -Sales manager (Peer-Sr Sales) - Director Sales (I did not see this) I went through 4 rounds, the interview experience has been terrible. 1. What the worst fear of my reading all glassdoor reviews- Is True. Company is truly hire fire, the HR who put me in the system was fired during my second round. Post Chasing I got connected to New HR who continued and progressed to round 3. 2. Sales managers(2 yrs total with 24 team members) & Senior Sales Managers(5-6yrs) are hardly experienced and ask scripted questions spoon-fed to them. Due to English not being their primary language(they were from France) their communication was poor. I had to ask the qs, again and again, to get some sense out of the question asked eg: Identify Sales Process & 2 Stories They (Sales ppl) will ask you for your salary (shocking- team members & colleagues trying to check the market)- Tell them, you would be highly obliged to discuss this with the HR at the final stage(i mentioned to hr as well, that sales mapping sales salary is wrong practise) They really turn up late in the 30 mins interview, and then rush through creating a panic environment. As they carry limited experience, most likely the candidates they are interviewing have far more time with their feet on street then the ones interviewing. You would find an absolute disconnect if you ask them qs about Sales Prospecting & Company Insights(as most are negative & very apparent) . They were unable to articulate and structure their answers(i loved to use this here), as probably it was not covered in their syllabus. It would be waste of time giving them priority as nobody lasts long there, so go only if u can risk it
