Interview
The recruiter found me on LinkedIn and invited me to interview with HR.
The HR was a great guy. After the first call, I received a link to a quiz with logical, product and agile questions. There were about 60 questions. The quiz gives you minimal time, so I had less than 30 seconds for every question. As a result, I answered only 45 questions.
After that, the HR guy told me the "pass/not pass" result.
The following interview was with a peer product (the guy from the insurance team). For 30 minutes, I had to describe my step-by-step thoughts to answer, "You have to increase the onboarding funnel rate. What are you going to do?"
I failed on this step (shame on me).

- 3 rounds - Simple interview, case interview again with deisgn and analysis rounds. - Very tough decision making questions. - on the whole, interview ws difficult - Ask HR to tell process. they can help.
