I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Vilna)
Interview
The interview has a lot of stages 5 or 6 in total. I have made until 4th interview.
1 st stage - task
2 nd stage - senior manager
3 rd stage - senior manager in UK
4 th stage - founder associate.
First 3 intervies are on your background, the forth on is problem solving interview, where the question I received was out of blue (not related with the field I’ve applied) “what KPIs would you set for the PR Unit?”
Then you should apply Mckinsey problem solving interview / case study practice:e.g., To ask clarification question, what is PR unit, then to clarify their daily task and finally set the goals they should achieve.
The interviews were really nice, the process is interesting and let’s you to learn something new, most of the managers were friendly and positive, except my last one interviewer which seemed a bit arrogant and in a huge hurry which distracted me a bit. However, the most disappointed aspect of whole process was that no one did get back to me neither with positive neither with negative outcomes. And after few monts passed and I gave asked cor feedback I was ghosted one more time. Did not expect such kind of approach from such professional company investing so much efforts and budget in the recruitment process.
