I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Thorough. Revolut wants to make sure they find the right fit skills-wise, but also someone who will fit from a cultural perspective. Questions were direct and specific, and I felt that my interviewers were curious to get to know me (as a human) throughout the process.
The process started with a take-home analytics problem, followed by a few rounds of interviews with increasingly-senior Revolut team members.
I received immediate feedback after each round, typically hearing back on next steps within 24 hours of each interview - a welcome contrast to some of the other interview processes I have been going through, and one of the things that attracted me to the company.

Question 1
What complex problems have you solved before? How did you solve those problems?
Happy to hear you had a good experience interviewing with us. When recruiting, we always keep in mind we are interviewing our next colleagues – people we will work with, laugh with, share lunch, grab drinks or play football with. That’s why we want to get to know candidates as humans, as you well put it.

Interview
The process took 1 month. I had 3 interviews (all via Hangouts), and had to do some analytical homework and a presentation on problem solving. The feedback was very fast after every step.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2019
Interview
Three rounds of interviews over the span of a month. First a screening round, followed by a take home task, then two more rounds with senior staff. HR staff and interviewers were professional. It was a good overall experience.
