I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
Everything was super well structured. Consisted on 3 main interviews: logic assessment, case study and personal interview. The last one was with the supposed hiring manager and wasn't pleasant at all: the posture, the attitude and the way the questions were asked was rude and too unpolite. Glad I could see the real working environment before getting into it

Question 1
Give an example of a process you improved and how you measure the success you had
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview was borderline disturbing and I felt harassed. The interviewer kept a very condescending and patronizing attitude during the whole time and ended up saying that they would need to contact my current manager to make sure the skills I was claiming were reliable - and somehow he would find a way to contact him. I've dropped the process and thank god I did as he definitely didn't sell it well.

Last interview significantly differed to what was claimed initially. Passed all stages, last part supposed to be cultural fit, but instead started asking my knowledge of python in depth. Very weird
