This is for Operations Manger (Process) in London). I had a hiring interview where the basic past experience questions were asked. For next round they had given me a home task which needed a lot of work to be done: to build an entire process workflow in JIRA, document on Confluence and a lot of detailed Excel-based problem solving and advanced query writing. I put a lot of thought into the entire task and built on it. After submitting the PDF, I got a rejection email the next day saying the ‘Hiring Managers have determined that the home task didn’t fully align with our current needs’. Felt quite abrupt and cheated to be very honest, especially without a call to discuss or some feedback

Processo moroso e muito demorado, Várias etapas desnecessárias de testes e provas. Não passei no home task mesmo cumprindo todos os requisitos solicitados, Faltou clareza nos feedbacks e menos etapas.
Der Prozess ist insgesamt sehr aufwändig und besteht aus folgenden Schritten: Screening Interview, kognitiver Test, Case Interview, Bar Raiser Interview, Cultural Fit Interview. Nach den meisten Schritten gibt es ein 15-minütiges Catch Up Gespräch mit HR. Der Prozess ist wenig individuell. Es erfolgt nach jedem Schritt eine Einordnung in eine Performance Matrix, die als einziges Kriterium für das finanzielle Angebot genutzt wird. Hierdurch weicht das zu Beginn des Prozesses in Aussicht gestellte Gehalt stark von dem tatsächlichen Offer ab.
