Revolut Operation Manager interview questions

The interview process was very great in my opinion. The recruiter kept selling Revolut to me. I made it through to the first round where I was given a case study. The interviewer felt quite unprepared, he also couldn’t answer any of my questions about the role in great detail. It also felt like he was getting frustrated with some of my questions and was pushing me for a solution. The recruiter briefed me prior to the interview that it was more relevant to perform more of a root cause analysis rather than come up with a solution, however the interviewer kept pushing me for a solution. They did notify me that I was unsuccessful - I was actually relieved because it didn’t seem like a role that was aligned to my skill set in the first place.

First a telephonic screening round. Then a take home data analysis assignment that required knowledge of SQL and excel. They will ask to explain a real world problem that you solved and the solution and thought process behind it.
