Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- HR round is good! Very informative: Why do you want to join, what is a difficult challenge, how would your friends describe you, Values you abide by
- Case study round: Do not overprepare, focus on customer journey & competitors benchmarking. Unlike a consulting case study so don't bother asking about other questions, don't need to abide by any frameworks. Only 3 questions you need to ask to get to the main problem and a maths problem to do
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Jun 2024
Interview
I was asked to take an aptitude test with 40 questions, and I aced it effortlessly. However, I received the following email:
Thanks for taking the time to complete our aptitude test. Your response helped us evaluate whether this role would be the right one for you, your profile, and Revolut.
After reviewing your scores, unfortunately on this occasion we won't be moving forward with your application as the score deviated from our benchmark for this role.
That's so weird.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2023
Interview
Lots of back and forth and no clarity. The feedback received was un leverageable. The process was interesting as it gets you out of your comfort zone. The problem solving case must be answered with the specific Mece framework.
