I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Bucarest, ) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview was not with the HR person, but with a Language Owner for another East European language (because we are all the same, right? Pompous assumption and prejudice from the start). After passing it and wasting a day on their "homework" I was told I passed to the next level because they were really impressed with me and they scheduled an interview. One day before the interview, they cancelled it by saying "someone better accepted the job". Really? I was great at first and all of a sudden, "someone better" came in the picture? It was deeply insulting from start to finish and a total waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Kraków) in Aug 2021
Interview
I passed the first interview, then did 3 home tasks not very easy. They scheduled the third interview and they cancelled it. Then while I was waiting for a new date for the interview the told me the have chosen another candidate. It's a waste of time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was quite smooth, it included 4 steps:
1st introductory interview,
a written challenge (6 hours long home challenge where you needed to create copies and translate it into your language),
an interview with a native speaker of the language you apply for,
the final interview.

Question 1
I was asked what my salary expectations were at the first interview, and then again before the final interview. I openly shared my expectations, however, the offer I received was so much lower that I consider the time and effort invested into the recruitment process as wasted. The company should be transparent about what they can offer since the beginning.
