Revolut Manager - Strategy & Operations interview questions

I went through the whole process (1 SHT test and 5 interviews) at Revolut in March-May 2025; failed in the Bar Raiser for probably asking too many questions about workload and work life balance; the whole process was rather sloppy, they would leave me waiting for weeks even if I had made it to the next step, and although the recruiter prepares you before every single inteview, the interviewers themselves seem to have their own agenda and you have to nail it every single time to have a chance to move forward; be ready to be asked stuff in detail about roles you were in 7+ years in

HR chat, followed by a technical interview and finally a team fit interview. HR chat and technical interview are fine, giving a case study and running through CV, team fit felt very ad hoc. ghosted after team fit.
