Revolut Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

I did not have a positive experience with Revolut’s interview process overall. Overall I would say it was very positive until last team fit. The recruiter communication at the start was good, and the preparation meetings were helpful. My first team interview to another team was also very positive, although that team seemed to be looking for someone with stronger crypto experience. The main issue was the final team fit interview, which felt unprofessional. One interviewer struggled to communicate clearly in English and sometimes repeated questions I had already answered. Another interviewer could not properly answer my questions about the team and the company’s current situation. After that, I was rejected based on the feedback, and the recruiter never replied to my emails before or after the rejection, despite asking for feedback throughout the earlier stages. The process started better than it ended, and the last stage left a very poor impression.
