I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Revolut in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was a bit weird, I was contacted via LinkedIn and they seemed insistent on having a video call. Which I accepted, however the interview was scheduled with a different person, which I found strange, but nevertheless we had a 30 minute interview, it didn't go so well, partially because although I am familiar with concepts like Big O notation, SOLID and ACID, I learned about them in college and in my native language, I understand them, but it's not that easy for me to tell you what each letter means, in my opinion, it would be more interesting to have examples of bad code/practices and then asking why they weren't good practices. The most strange part in all of this was that they did not ask for my CV once, and they seemed really fixated on a couple of points and didn't trying to give me a space to talk about myself and what I could have to offer. Not that bad overall, but it did feel like instead of an interview they should just send a quizz where we can check certain points.

I was approached by a recruiter that found my profile on LinkedIn and after some thought I accepted a first screening interview. What a waste of my time.
The interviewer was over the top rude, he didn’t spend the time to read my profile beforehand and asked basic questions that were answered there. After some back and forth about my professional experience, he started out of the blue asking software trivia questions like what CRUD or ACID stands for. After missing some of the acronym definitions he read from his sheet the correct definition in a very patronising tone. What a nerve of a non-technical interviewer. After that I decided to immediately withdraw from the process as that was a major red-flag of a potential meat-grinder that I was heading to.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview was divided into 3 phases. The first one was a phase with a recruiter in which he asked me basic concepts such as SOLID, concurrency, difference between hashtable and hashmap, if I knew CQRS, etc.
The second phase was a live coding exercise with a Revolut developer. They asked me to implement a URL shortening algorithm with increasing difficulty.
The final phase for me was a "technical conversation" were I was told to develop a bank transfer function taking into account concurrency, locking, isolation, etc. Then I had to translate the code to SQL. There were also some questions about microservices patterns.
