Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn by a Revolut recruiter offering me the position of Recruitment Sourcer. This process consisted of 2 interviews and 1 assessment. The first interview was good, to ask about my experience, expectations, etc. At the end of the interview, I received positive feedback and the interviewer explained to me that was going to send an assessment, that if I approve it, I would go to the next round. This first interview was a positive experience. I did the assessment after the interview, when I received it. I had 15 minutes to answer 50 questions about logic, mathematics, statistics and so on. The truth is that I don't like recruitment processes that do this type of assessment because they seem more like a waste of time than something useful. However, I passed it and with it I got the invite for the next interview. The second interview was terrible. Truly, the worst part of the hiring process. The interviewer spent the first 10 minutes of the interview talking about numbers, KPIs and bonuses. I listened and had one or two questions on the subject, and then the interviewer wanted to close the interview. In other words, 10 minutes just to listen to you talk about KPIs and bonuses!? Seriously!?... I told him I had questions and well, he reluctantly dragged out the interview. He said things like "well, tell me about your experience, there's still time" in a tone of tremendous annoyance. And so the rest of the interview ran. Obviously I knew the answer would be negative, which I got the next day via a generic email. I asked for better feedback to know where I could improve, and I never got an answer. Bad candidate experience. Good bank, good APP but those who hire leave much to say.

Interview
The process startet of a chat with Recruiter so I could learn more about the company and share my experience. The conversation was pleasant.
Next stages included a conversation with Manager and series of questions to see if I am data driven, what were my previous targets, what's my approach to work on specific roles. Overall the process was fast, professional and I didn't have to wait long for the offer.

The whole recruiting process was about 2 months. You go through 3 interviews and 1 criteria assessment and after you passed all of them you will go through a background check of 4 weeks.
