Revolut Manager - Strategy & Operations interview questions

HR round followed by case interview. Case was about how to increase revenue for Revolut for Business by 60Mn in 12 months. You need to ask follow up questions regarding the revenue streams, percentage breakup etc

I had an interview with HR, an online test, and an interview with the Hiring Manager, but the Hiring Manager did not show, instead there was another "colleague" who did not present herself and told me " Helllo, I am not prepared for this meeting, please tell me about yourself". After I told her all my experience with examples and so on, she said " you are not a god fit, but if you want we have another job for "a low and boring" job". she did not understand what I am doing at my current job, she did not understand anything. Very disappointed
