Revolut Graduate Program - Operations interview questions

After the screening, I completed 2 assessment online. The next step was HR interview, just presented myself, few general questions, recruiter explicitly said to consider another office since London hadn’t available spots. HR interview has been followed by business case interview (MBB like). At this stage, the manager was quite unprofessional, late for the meeting, sitting on a sofa, poor visibility, seemed they were forced to be there. Got rejection after the case. Asked for a feedback to the recruiter, since I invested a lot of effort for the process, but never received any answer. The position and the company remain very interesting but the recruitment process must be improved.
