Interview
The entire process involved Online Tests, Home Task, 1 Video interview, 1 F2F interview followed by the Presentation you complete in the Home Task stage. I got as far as the Home Task which apparently I did not do very well. I am extremely disappointed in the overall process.

Interview
Interview was separated to 3 parts. First is Operations Challenge - Real data based task, you have to find causes of possible problems and suggest a solution. Second part is online interview with team member. And last part is presentation with Head of Ops Dept.
It was realy interesting task.
