I was reached out twice from the same person in different occasions for two separate roles, the interviews were messy. They didn't even know the role the interview was for and the first time I was rescheduled twice. Additionally, I stated beforehand I needed to be sponsored by the company and was told it was possible, both times I was asked about this by the end of the interview and told it couldn't be done, which was discriminatory and a waste of time, considering I asked beforehand. They definitely need to do better.

Interview process was nice and organized, but final interview was a Problem Solving, which I think it feels very confronting and uncomfortable. I would prefer a take-home assignment as, for me, it would be a more realistic way to evaluate a candidate.
