Colloquio composto da 7 step, dura meno un film di Scorsese. HR che non lasciano scelta in merito a giorni/fasce orarie dei colloqui, come se il candidato non lavorasse. EG: "Please note that the slots availability is very limited and we kindly ask not to reschedule unless there is a very critical requirement (like a medical emergency)." Praticamente o sto morendo oppure il giorno del colloquio è quello.
Atteggiamento di alcuni manager veramente molto opinabile durante i colloqui, è molto tangibile il senso di superiorità e compiacimento nel mettere in difficoltà il candidato.
