I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut in Dec 2020
Interview
The first interview was set as a 45 minutes screening call with the HR.
The scheduling process for the interview is smooth.
I applied for a very specific Product Management role so I prepared myself to elaborate on my experience especially in this domain.
Halfway through the interview I realised the HR recruiter was looking to get details about the entire PM experience I have and I wish it was clear upfront (this is my first time interviewing abroad so there may be regions differences that I would expect them to help bridge in some level).
After a few days the recruiter came back to me via email letting me know I didn't pass and that she hopes that the feedback she gave me was helpful.
Problem is - she didn't provide any feedback.
I replied back asking for the feedback and she didn't came back until now so very bad experience with the HR on this one.
Okay, very unfriendly people. Most interviews apart from 1 felt like i'd interrupted their day or was wasting their time. There was one product lead who interviewed me who was friendly.

Brainteaser questions. Describe a consumer facing product you built
Professional well run, tough but highly communicative. Everyone was nice and structure/questions were clear. Didn't get an offer but enjoyed the process. Felt like a good culture and would apply again

How would you launch a product within their system/network
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Singapur) in Feb 2026
Interview
Recruiter round followed by a consulting style case study. The case involved a business problem requiring structured analysis, a clear recommendation, and a written or verbal presentation of findings. Very standard.
