Interview
First you complete test task, which consists of 6 banking related general knowledge questions.
If you pass the test then the interview is set up. First with the hr rep and then with someone from the team you'll be joining.
If all goes well you are recruited.

What do you know about revolut, what is your experience, in your experience what are the best techniques to deal with (situation)?
Fue muy interesante y con las instrucciones claras. Las personas fueron muy amables y me ayudaron a entender como iba a funcionar. Aunque no acepté en su momento, me gustaría volver a hacerlo.
IOnly attended the first step of the interview, the gorilla language assessment but was difficult for me, I did not passed it. It was with the camera in, on computer.

Interview
The interview wasn’t very hard. But the interviewer looked very intimidating. The questions were about basic customer service experience like how do you handle angry customers, explain about your past work experience etc. Unfortunately i did not get the job
