I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2020
Interview
Not everyone may go through the same process but the flavours will be similar. It was a 3 stage process and it is a race for life - brace yourself.
Stage 1 - Call with team leader initially to understand the problem and the role
Stage 2 - F2F conversation with a Strategy Guru, pretty intense data analysis
Stage 3 - Take Home Analytics exercise - Data Analysis case study
I got lost in the midst of this interview if I was interviewing for a Product Owner or a Business Analyst or was I prepping for my Data Analytics Exam back at London Business School where every detail is necessary else you are bound to fail.
Interview questions [6]
Question 1
Stage 1 and Stage 2 were very much product management related. The questions were of the likes of
What the business case that you would structure to grow the number of users.
How would you construct a data driven argument for new feature development.
What data points would you look for while prioritising product capabilities.
Here's the actual question that was posed - The pass rate has decreased substantially in the recent period. Please write a report that outlines the root causes and suggest solutions
Didn't even come back to me even though I spent ages preparing for the interview. The interviewers seemed like they were in a rush to get to another meeting than give attention to the candidate
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2026
Interview
HR screening > Problem solving session > Product Skills session > Bar Raiser interview. Overall good pricess, with good guidance provided before each interview and flexibility to choose interview times and fit your own schedule.
Started with a 15min screening with the recruiter, they explain the hiring process and the next step was a problem solving interview. Total of 4 steps finishing with a bar raiser interview with the CPO
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They gave a high level prompt about an investment product that stopped growing. You had to ask for data and explain your thought process. The difficulty is that I had to be very specific with the datapoints asked.
