I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2019
Interview
The process was thorough and requires a fair bit of effort on behalf of the candidate, which personally provided me with confidence that there is a high bar. The first step was a Google Hangout screening with a recruiter, followed by a fairly difficult home task (two parts, design and analytical) - I was warned by the recruiter that this is where most candidates fail to progress. Following successful completion of the task, I had another Hangout Interview, this time with a Senior Product Owner. Progression at this stage resulted in a f2f interview at the London HQ with a Head of Product. Finally, I had two more Hangout interviews (to determine which area of Product I would sit in), one with the CTO/Founder, and one with another Head of Product (my potential manager).
Throughout the process, I was kept well informed, had all my questions answered. I didn't feel as though the interviewers were in a rush to get through a list of questions and leave (contrary to other reviews), they were more conversational. Two of my hour-long interviews ended up going over (30 extra minutes with the Product Owner and an extra 45 minutes f2f with the Head of Product) as we continued to conversate about the role, industry and company.

Question 1
Can you show me and walk me through a product you've worked on, decisions you had to make and your rationale behind them?
Didn't even come back to me even though I spent ages preparing for the interview. The interviewers seemed like they were in a rush to get to another meeting than give attention to the candidate
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2026
Interview
HR screening > Problem solving session > Product Skills session > Bar Raiser interview. Overall good pricess, with good guidance provided before each interview and flexibility to choose interview times and fit your own schedule.
Started with a 15min screening with the recruiter, they explain the hiring process and the next step was a problem solving interview. Total of 4 steps finishing with a bar raiser interview with the CPO

Question 1
They gave a high level prompt about an investment product that stopped growing. You had to ask for data and explain your thought process. The difficulty is that I had to be very specific with the datapoints asked.
