Get away from this company if you are looking for an internal position. They are very KPI driven and agency environment (just no BD).
After my final interview, I was told to expect feedback within 48 hours however, 2 weeks after I had to chase for feedback and I receive a generic email template "However, I regret to inform you that after much consideration we have decided not to progress further with your application.".
they don't treat candidates with respect
I spent too much time in the recruitment process, doing as the first stage one hour long IQ test, later on someone reschedule my interview last minute and I was informed they close the position
The process was a bit lengthy. It included a pre-assessment, a screening interview, Skills Interview 1, and Skills Interview 2. Skills Interview 2 was divided into three parts: first, I had to listen to the job requirements and ask clarifying questions to complete a job description; second, I was asked to share my screen and use LinkedIn Recruiter to search for relevant profiles; and third, I had to select three candidates I considered strong fits for the role.

Recrutadora simpática, porém com uma péssima pronúncia de inglês. Estou acostumada a falar em inglês com pessoas non american, mas o mínimo esperado para uma entrevista é conseguir se fazer ser entendido.
