I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2019
Interview
1st stage Video call
2nd stage Home task
3rd Interview
4th Interview
The video call was very uncomfortable with the person appearing very distracted. Very noisy and busy room with people walking behind. Made a poor impression. Also, not great at explaining the role as the actual team is not yet in place. Job title totally disconnected with the actual role. Didn't pursue past 1st stage. Remember to ask your questions about company culture and the role, it's not just about what you can offer them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut in Jan 2026
Interview
Really poor process, Had to wait 2 months for 2 interviews to be scheduled, Was not told what the process would be or what the interview stages were, Had an interview with someone who should not be interviewing, they didn't remotely understand the role at all and asked situation questions that had no direct relevance to the role. And it was clear they didn't even understand what answers they were looking for.

Question 1
"if you're given an idea from someone, what's the process you would follow to get this idea done?"
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Revolut (Bilbao)
Interview
Mala experiencia, el sales manager solo se enfocaba en cómo trabajas bajo presión. En ningún momento intentaba conocer el perfil del candidato si había encaje. Desde luego que la cultura que transmitía no me gustó.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Madrid)
Interview
I was contacted by their recruiter on LinkedIn. They have a 8 step interview process. I passed but I didn't end up accepting the offer. The various interviews were clearly outlined and the process was very efficient.
