Submit resume, reviewed by HR. Video call invitation accepted - speak with hiring manager via google hangout. You may have a different experience but my interview process turned sour as soon as I spoke with the hiring manager. Worked out for the best, I would never work for someone who behaves like that, no matter how much I loved the product.

I was asked a single question. ‘Tell me about your current role’. This person spoke in the most bored, disinterested tone I’d seen in a professional environment. I continued with the call despite this as I had dedicated the time for this video call.

The interview process is quite slow and lengthy. If you struggle to answer questions quickly under time pressure, this company may not be suitable for you. During the online test, you have less than 15 seconds to respond to each question.

Demasiado cuadriculados, en la entrevista de problem solving quieren que realices sólo preguntas numéricas. En mi opinión, no está bien planteado, recomiendan seguir el marco MECE, pero éste es mucho más completo y estructurado de que lo que ellos exigen.

standard processes, online test, then interview. simply procedural. if i recall it 4 stages. passed the online test. moved on to interview with the local manager and HoC... not a very pleasant experience and atmosphere, giving bad vibes. did not pass the interview stage.
