The interview process is overly complicated and unnecessarily stressful. It feels disorganized, with too many stages and unclear communication. Some parts seem frustrating and time-consuming. A simpler, more professional, and better-structured process would create a much better candidate experience.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Sep 2023
Interview
I have received a test that measured visual and mathematical skills. After I have submitted, they sent me the invite to the next round: A screening interview. It was a general screening interview, the recruiter was prepared and nice, however I haven't got an invite to the final round.

Question 1
What do you know about the company? What skills do you have that would be useful in this position? What was the biggest challenge in your career so far or how did you manage to solve it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (Vilna) in Aug 2022
Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn, after the second inquiry I've decided to take a chance. First interview was via video call and rather positive. There were some questions that not much related to position, but I think they help to understand background and ability to work in too customer oriented business.
Then I got a link with test, it contained questions from AML field, some related work cases with narrative filling. After that in two weeks I got an invitation to a second interview with teamlead. After that, the process looks very unprofessional and unattractive. My interview was rescheduled multiple times. I was needed to reschedule my vacation and they also cancel interview the day before it. The last rescheduled interview was delayed on two weeks. And as usual before 4 days until it, they also cancel interview. But this time due to position is filled. Also, in the email I got was written even another position. So, it is also was mentioned Quality but with additional foreigner language that is fully misleading with role I tried. The main question is in what step somebody change requirements for the role or just redirect person to another role with special requirement even without reading or asking candidate's skills?
I'm very disappointed in hiring process.
