I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (Madrid) in Mar 2026
Interview
I had an amazing experience. Thanks to the HR team for reaching out so quickly and for being very flexible and helpful throughout the process.
I started with a screening call where we spoke about my CV and the job position. The recruiter answered all of my questions and clearly explained the next steps. After that, I had a preparation session for the problem-solving interview, followed by the interview itself.
I also had a Bar Raiser preparation session and then the Bar Raiser interview. After completing all the steps, I had a catch-up call where they explained the offer and all the benefits of working at Revolut.
Overall, the interview process was quick, efficient, and very well organized.

Question 1
What were your key achievements and low points in your last role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2019
Interview
Revolut has been the worst professional experience of my life. This company claims diversity and yet my entire panel consisted of white men. When I asked about this they said they "focused on finding the right talent."
You'll see in other reviews and the press that they require free labor from candidates, this was also my experience, they asked for a very specific "exercise" that demanded a lot more than a few hours of work.
A senior staffer that works with press consistently criticised "hater" reporters and called them names, within an interview, when I asked about negative coverage.
I finished the whole process (6+ interviews and an exercise), they took an entire month with no contact to finally send a canned email from HR suggesting I look for opportunities in a different region. If the process is any reflection of the culture, I think I dodged a bullet by not joining, this is not a company I'd be proud to work for.
