The interview process was very extensive, consisting of around eight separate stages. While the interviewers were generally professional and engaged, the overall timeline felt quite long and required a significant time commitment. Several steps covered similar topics, which made the process feel somewhat repetitive. Although it’s clear the company values thoroughness in evaluating candidates, a more streamlined process could improve the candidate experience while still maintaining a high hiring bar.
Recruiter round, they’re basically looking for buzz words. They asked for my experiences in handling different scenarios, then other db and concurrent related questions . Overall it was straightforward, just go through other’s experiences here and you should be covered
