Interview
I had a very disappointing interview experience with Revolut that raised several concerns about their recruitment practices.
First, my interview was cancelled despite already being confirmed. The cancellation came without proper communication, explanation, or clarification, which showed a lack of basic professionalism and respect for candidates’ time.
Second, the SHL assessment used in the process felt highly problematic. The design and evaluation criteria appeared discriminatory rather than role-relevant, and there was little transparency on how the results were interpreted or how they related to the actual job requirements.
Finally, the overall recruitment process felt disorganised and inconsistent. Communication from the recruiter was unclear, timelines were not respected, and there was no coherent structure across stages. Instead of feeling assessed fairly and professionally, the experience felt chaotic and poorly thought through.
For a company that positions itself as data-driven and operationally excellent, this interview process was surprisingly messy and misaligned with those values. I would advise candidates to proceed with caution and be prepared for last-minute changes and limited communication.

Endless interview process. Multiple points of contact just to get an aptitude test and recruiter screen scheduled. They make it seem like you’re moving forward in the process, but you don’t receive any updates until weeks after the initial screen. Overall, the communication and timeline management felt very disorganized.
