Had two phone calls. One with a recruiter and another one with the hiring manager. The recruiter didn't listen at all, was over 10 minutes late and interrupted constantly when I was trying to answer his questions. The hiring manager didn't show up for the interview 3 times and after the interview, the feedback I got had nothing to do with what I said in the interview which makes me think that she didn't listen at all.

We use this information to follow up on specific interviewers and provide them support to improve the experience for our candidates.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable with the responses I received to my questions. The interviewer didn't fill me with confidence that they had the knowledge of a HR function nor was there a response which identified a developed global HR strategy. It may not be the case in reality but this was how it came across when the answers were vague.
